Problem statement: One way to study the effects on an exposed population is to conduct monitoring studies, using relevant biological parameters with a short term manifestation, such as cytogenetic analysis express the damages to the DNA or to the chromosomes resulting from exposure can be identified. The present study was thus designed to elucidate the effect motor garage environment on the workers. Approach: Peripheral blood culture was performed with blood collected from workers of Motor garages in Ahmadabad, situated at central Gujarat region.
