ABSTRACT
This article is a historiography balance about the most generals approaches that exist about historic discipline investigation field, that studying the history of women work, from gender perspective. This subject is very long for an article, whereby it makes emphasis in some important investigations made for Latin American, especially Colombia. It propose, at first place, to make a description of historiography context wich arise this investigation field and the theoretical approaches that shares with the post-social history. At second place, think over about what theoretical contributions for the discipline could be, to finish, at the third place, with two perspectives approaches that could open this kind of investigations.
