IgG subclass 4-related disease should be considered in the differential diagnosesof many diseases and conditions including lymphoma, autoimmune pancreatitis,lymphoplasmacytic aortitis, urticarial vasculitis, Kuttner’s tumor, eosinophilia,hypocomplementemia, interstitial nephritis, and others. An association ofPOEMS and IgG 4-subclass related disease has been reported once previously.We report an additional patient with POEMS-like features and IgG 4 relateddisease.
