Modern organizations supporting amodel of modern career are being formed under the influenceof up-to-date changes. Therefore in order to realizea modern career model effectively we primailly needto research the interests of organization‘s personnel. The performed research showed that employees highlightthe social psychological interests more than materialones. The results of the research proved that the tendenciesof personnel interests in Lithuanian organizationsare close to those of western countries. Judging onresults of the research, appropriate measures of interestssatisfaction should be applied in the enterprises. It shouldbe noted that personnel interests profile formed duringthe investigation can‘t be considered a typical interestsprofile of employees of Lithuania. This requires researchof a wider extent.
