We are reporting an interesting case of bilateral panuveitis with optic neuritis, afterintravesical instillation of BCG. A 70 years old female developed eye changes postmaintenance BCG for her Bladder cancer (Carcinoma in situ). After discussion withpulmonary team, it was decided not to start anti-TB medications and to treat her withoral steroids and topical steroids. There was a dramatic improvement in her vision sixweeks after the treatment. These patients may have a good visual outcome, as long asthe diagnosis and treatment are not delayed.
