Material and methods: Twenty-one patients with erythematous and papulopustular stages of rosacea (13 and 8, respectively) aged 21 to 55 years (43.1+/-2.3) were studied. The analysis of microcirculation and regional blood flow was performed with the ultrasonic Dopplerography. Results: This analysis showed that volumetric speed of blood flow in the areas of healthy skin was lower than in rosacea. The parameters of linear and volumetric blood flow authentically differed from those of the patients without any vascular pathology, which allowed thinking about venous stasis. Rosaliac(R) cream has vasoconstrictive and moderate anti-inflammatory effect. The reliable reduction of the degree of telangiactasia and the number of inflammatory papular and papulopustular elements during therapy has been achieved, high tolerance of the preparation in both groups was demonstrated. Conclusions: Received results allow recommending the cream as the basic skin care for patients with rosacea.
