ABSTRACT
In this paper a short general review of the main characteristics of riskmanagement applications is given, where a hierarchical, multilevel risk managementmethod can be applied in a fuzzy decision making environment. The given case study is atravel risk-level calculation based on the presented model. In the last section an extendedmodel and a preliminary mathematical description is presented, where the pairwisecomparison matrix of the grouped risk factors expands the previous principles.
