ABSTRACT
Renal cell carcinoma is a rare disease among pregnant women and requires multidisciplinary management. Pregnancy demands special consideration for diagnosis, and the timing of surgical management is not consensual, namely during the second trimestre. We report the case of a patient who was diagnosed with a renal mass at the end of the first trimestre of pregnancy. She underwent open radical nephrectomy at 18 weeks' of gestation.
