ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to identify science education articles published only in electronic form and free access in electronic between the years 2004-10 in journals in Turkey, and to inform researchers about the methods used in these articles. The study was carried out using the documentary analysis. For this purpose, among 749 articles published in a total of four electronic journals, 173 of them were evaluated in the field of science education. When the methods of these articles were examined, it was found that ten different methods were used and mostly experimental and survey methods were preferred among these methods. However, it was observed that the method was not specified in 26 articles. In the study, necessary proposals were also presented for future science education researches.
