ABSTRACT
Learning is part of individual’s everyday life and it has always been present in this process, since it is part of the evolution of man in relation to the acquisition of knowledge, both theoretical and practical. With this objective, the Senac University Center adopted an educational practice that allows its students to have an effective contact with the reality of a Hotel, Senac The Challenge: Students in Command (ANC). It is important to resume that the ANC lets you experience what theory and practice leading to the reflection that the same cannot be separated, making it an opportunity to reconcile them through the exercise of innovative proposals in education, considering the theoretical basis as a point of reflection for practice, having seen its success by accepting the media and recruitment of participants by the Senac
