ABSTRACT
The article examines the social strategies of coping with the formed nihilistic regard towards the law and order in Russia. The author elaborates both state and non-governmental civil social programs and methods of overcoming legal nihilism and forming legal culture, emphasizing impossibility of control over legal nihilism without elimination of corrupt and crime of officials.
