The defining reference points of this paper take into consideration the creation of severalscientific premises which would structure the approached issue-constitutional state (nation)correlated with the term security–by reference to the current international context coordinates. Thegoal of the proposed approach is organizing the elements which define the security of theconstitutional state from the perspective of the coexistence between peace and complex situations(crisis and war). In the effort of organizing such a scientific matter, we attempted to realize clear, concise boundaries by means of research–the study and analysis of conflicting phenomena(conclusive factors / consequences).
