ABSTRACT
Formalization of the balanced scorecard is made; its structural-functional model is built. Information on the elements of the balanced scorecard: objectives, indicators and initiatives is structured. The relationship between them, as well as the procedures for the selection of initiatives depending on the value of the purposes of the balanced scorecard is established. Mutually agreed scales for objectives and indicators are given.
