ABSTRACT
Organizations must take manpower into account as an important instrument to reach its goals and targets. To serve this purpose, they should develop and implement certain managerial activities. These managerial activities lead to job satisfaction, which plays an important role in adapting employees to the organization. Any increase or decrease in the job satisfaction of employee plays an important part in boosting the employee’s performance. The main purpose of this study is to identify the effects of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction on the performance of employees. Therefore, a field study was conducted on 432 teachers using a questionnaire form. Data obtained were analyzed through Correlation, t-test and ANOVA, and interpreted. The result of the study shows that there is a strong relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.
